The racing club suffered some distressing news when it was learned that Scarvagh Solitiaire, or Trish as she has been known at Harriet Grahams yard, has had to be sent back to the Scarvagh Stud in Ireland. Trish was diagnosed with Equine Recurrent Uveitis and it was judged that both for her safety and the safety of the jockey on board, that Trish's racing career came to a premature end. Everyone at Scarvagh House Stud were very understanding and still have high hopes for her as a brood mare. It is disappointing for everyone that Trish's time on the track proved so short but that is sadly one of the vagaries of racing.
